Since 2001, he has gained professional experience both in law firms, a reputable consulting company operating on the IT market, as well as in the Supreme Administrative Court. He specializes in administrative law and court-administrative proceedings, with particular emphasis on the construction investment process and the requirements for investment projects in the field of environmental law, as well as advises on issues related to property ownership and real estate management. He also deals with issues in the field of public procurement law, the law of new technologies, with particular emphasis on the issues of personal data protection, industrial property rights, copyright law, and telecommunications law. Author of publications in the field of investment construction process and issues related to the implementation of IT projects.

Sylwia Dreger

Sylwia has extensive, several years of experience in representing clients before common courts. She specializes in matters related to civil law, in particular commercial law. He specializes in the analysis of IT systems and management processes, optimization of IT organization operations, service management, project management, and organization’s level of maturity assessment. He has many years of experience in negotiating, monitoring and settlement of agreements setting the guaranteed level of services (Service Level Agreements) and contracts for the supply and implementation of IT systems (contracts for support services and technology delivery), as well as supporting mediation in disputes related to contract performance. He has specialist and thorough knowledge (IT and business) in the field of the investment process in the area of ​​modern technologies and the Entitlement & Compliance process. He also specializes in material and procedural administrative law, including construction law.

Joanna has many years of professional experience gained as an in-house in a listed company – an international holding in the IT industry, law firms, as well as in national and international institutions (ILO). She mainly dealt with issues related to the law of commercial companies, including corporate services for a public company, issues in the scope of compliance, civil law, employment and issues related to the law of new technologies.

Specializes in civil law matters, especially in procedural terms, representing clients including in economic disputes, disputes arising from the construction investment process, compensation cases. Urszula is an attorney at the Bar Association in Bialystok. She completed the Postgraduate Study of Co-financed Projects from the Structural Funds and the Cohesion Fund of the European Union at the Warsaw School of Economics – Collegium of World Economy, as well as Postgraduate Studies – Occupational Safety and Health Management at the Białystok University of Technology. She gained her experience while working in individual lawyers’ offices. She specializes in matters related to civil law, civil procedure, labor law and health and safety. Has experience in handling cases in the field of criminal law. She dealt with comprehensive services for business entities with particular emphasis on ongoing corporate consultancy. As part of her practice, she deals with proceedings in the field of civil law before common courts.
