PhD Tomasz Filipowicz is a co-editor of the third commentary in the history of the law firm, this time to the Act of 3 October 2008 on the provision of information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and environmental impact assessments (so-called Environmental Act). A study of great practical value was created in cooperation with the publishing house C.H.Beck, edited by prof. dr hab. Marek Wierzbowski and the judge of the Supreme Administrative Court Alicja Plucińska – Filipowicz, among authors: friends and experts – judges of administrative courts, legal advisers, lawyers, academics and public administration officials.
