The third edition of the Commentary to the Act on spatial planning and development, co-authored by PhD Tomasz Filipowicz, takes into account the latest legal changes. An additional advantage of the study is the analysis of issues related to the requirements accompanying planning processes in other areas of law, including real estate management, cartography and geodesy, environmental protection or the protection of historical monuments.
